1. If you are using GV-VMS v16.10.3, after applied the patch (GV-VMS_V16.10.3.001, or see the link below), sometimes VMS would fail to load the database when launching the application.

2. If you are using GV-VMS v16.11.0, sometimes VMS would fail to load the database when launching the application.
Symptom:
Blank Timeline

When VMS is set to motion record and Startup auto monitoring, there is a chance (1 out 10), VMS might fail to load the database and cause the blank timeline

Path / Procedure (GV-VMS_V16.10.3.014.zip / GV-VMS_V16.11.0.003.zip):
1. Close VMS and other related programs
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Run GV-VMS_V16.10.3.014.exe / GV-VMS_V16.11.0.003.exe
4. Run the program.
NOTE: This patch only applies to GV-VMS v16.10.3 or GV-VMS v16.11.0
