[ Recording Server ] RS v1.3, Axis P3225-V, Unable to connect, Domain Name, ONVIF - 20170905

Issue:
Axis P3225-V is unable to connect to Recording Server v1.3 when adding the device with Domain Name via ONVIF

Symptoms:
Sometimes, Recording Server shows fail message when adding ONVIF camera using a domain name.

Solution:
It's a software bug, so please try to use IP address to add ONVIF cameras.
