[ ASNotify ] GV-ASNotify v4.41, d3dx9_40.dll Error - 20170905

Issue:
The d3dx9_dll missing error message pops up when running GV-ASNotify v4.41.
Solution:
Please download DirectX End-User Runtimes (November 2008) from Microsoft.
