Issue:
After upgrade to GV-IP camera's F/W v3.12, users are unable to login to IP Cameras' webpage anymore.

Root Cause:
The password of original F/W (v3.10) is not case sensitive. Therefore, all the characters entered by customers will be saved in lowercase.

Solution:
Please enter your password in lowercase to log in the camera. After that, please change your password again if you need to put uppercase letters in your password. Sorry for the inconvenience.
