GV-Eye 2.4 is displaying black screen or freezed when single view is used + full HD is on ( Full HD is enable by default ). Using Multiview in GV-Eye seems to be OK.This could be happened in VMS v16.10.3 or v16.11 or NVR.
Root Cause:
Low internet bandwidth.
Solution:
Upgrade to GV-Eye v2.41

GV-Eye -> Configure -> Turn off Default HD
