[ VMS ] VMS v16.10.3, RAID Configuration, Playback stuck and not all of the event can be seen in ViewLog - 20170905

Issue / Symptoms:
If you have a machine with RAID configuration, playback might be stuck and not all of the event can be seen in ViewLog for VMS v16.10.3
Solution:
Go to the configuration of RAID cache -> Make sure “Write Back” is selected.
