[ IP Camera ] GV-NVR v8.71 with GV-EFD2100 v1.09 flicker occurs on both NVR live view and camera Web UI - 20170905

Issue:
GV-EFD2100 v1.09 flicker occurs on both NVR v8.71 live view and camera Web UI. It doesn’t help either it is set to 60hz or 50hz.
Solution:
This is more likely to be considered camera installation issue. Users can change the camera’s original cover with smoke cover (Shown as below) which is available to place an order to HQ. (If necessary)
