Q. How to acquire snapshots from VMS using command?
A. Required: Webcam server
This command is used to snapshot the live video from GV-VMS®.
Syntax:
http://<servername>/getimage/<camera>.<format>?id=<username>&pwd=<password>
or
http://<servername>/getimage/<camera>.<format>?IDKey=<key>
Table 3.3 explains the parameters of the command.
Example:
http://192.168.0.1/getimage/cam0.jpg?id=test&pwd=test
or
http://192.168.0.1/getimage/cam0.jpg?IDKey=123
