What is preventing Center V2 from sending email notifications, even though the test email is being sent successfully?
Response:
Navigate to Center V2 > Accounts > View/Edit Subscriber Address Book and input the email address.
IMPORTANT: In order to modify the subscriber, users must first disconnect the subscriber from Center V2.
