[ CenterV2 ] Center V2, failed to send e-mail notification, add e-mail in address book - 20170731

Question:
What is preventing Center V2 from sending email notifications, even though the test email is being sent successfully?
Response:
Navigate to Center V2 > Accounts > View/Edit Subscriber Address Book and input the email address.
IMPORTANT: In order to modify the subscriber, users must first disconnect the subscriber from Center V2.
