[ IP Camera ] GV-SD2322IR, GV-NVR v8.71, unable to connect to the camera over external internet - 20170731

Issue:
Unable to see the live view of GV-SD2322 over external internet.
Symptoms:
You are able to login to your GV-SD2322 over external internet, but the live view is not working.
Patch / Procedure:
A. Upgrade F/W to v1.01 ( Must use this F/W or higher in order to support external internet )
B. After finished upgrading, there will be a new feature in "Network" called "Port Mapping".
1. Enable it
2. Set it to “Manual”
3. Set the external port number and port forward these ports. Reference:
