[ VMS ] GV-VMS Repair Database Utility does not remove the timeline events after deleted the videos - 20170731

Issue:
The GV-VMS Repair Database utility fails to eliminate timeline events after video deletion.
Running the GV-VMS Repair Database Utility post-deletion of recording files from the storage location results in the retention of timeline events.
