[ VMS ] For VMS v15.11.3, Axis camera could not connect to VMS via ONVIF- 20170628

Issue:
Axis cameras could not connect to VMS using ONVIF protocol.
Solution:
Upgrade patch from VMS 15.11.3.0.c to 15.11.3.0.d
After unzipped the file just simply copy the file to C:\Windows\IPCAMX\Protocol to override the original file, now the VMS has been updated and VMS should now be able to connect to Axis cameras.
