[ VMS ] v15.11.3, Stop VMS from sending I/O event to CV2 when I/O monitoring is off - 20170628

Question:
How to stop VMS from sending I/O event to Center V2 when I/O monitoring is off?
Patch / Procedure:
1. Enabled the function "Start/Stop IO Monitor by I/O" and click OK to save the settings. (Maintained Mode>Mod. 1>Pin. 1)
2. Go to Toolbar>Network>Connect to Center V2 and uncheck the option "Monitor all type events". Then click "Configure", select "Advanced Settings"
3. Modify the Event Type of Input from "Emergency" to "Normal", then click the finger at the right top to apply the settings to all inputs.
4. Configure the Security Service section as the settings in Step1. (Maintained Mode>Mod. 1>Pin. 1)
