[ VMS ] v16.10.3, Only timeline in playback, no video including preview - 20170628

Issue:
Timeline in playback of VMS works but no video displayed or even preview. However, remote viewlog and instant playback still works properly. The video clips are saved to the folder successfully.
Root cause:
Software bug.
Patch / Procedure(GV-VMS_V16.10.3.001):
1. Turn off VMS V16.10.3 and all of the GeoVision related program in the PC.
2. Download the patch file from the following attachment.
3. Unzip the patch file " GV-VMS_V16.10.3.001.zip ".
4. Copy and Paste all the files from " GV-VMS_V16.10.3.001 " folder to C:\GV-VMS\. ( A file can be found in the folder. )
-GV-VMS V16.10.3.001.exe
5. Run VMS V16.10.3.
