[ VMS ] v16.10.3, Non-IE Broswer only query 30 events - 20170628

Issue:
GV-VMS v16.10.3, Non-IE Browser only query 30 events.
Root Cause:
This is a software bug, and it will be fixed in GV-VMS v16.11.0.0
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS16.10.3.0.0.01.zip) :
Step 1: Close GV-VMS and other services.
Step 2: Unzip the file.
Step 3: Copy the files and overwrite the files in C:\GV-VMS
- WebTemp folder
- VersionInfo_GV-VMS16.10.3.0.0.01_170504.ini
Step 4: Restart GV-VMS.
