[ DVR/NVR ] v8.71, FER5700 changing to H.265 codec automatically after added to NVR - 20170609

Issue:
FER5700 or other H.265 cameras set to H.264 codec but automatically changes to H.265 codec once added to NVR

Root Cause:
NVR uses default camera settings when adding cameras so it will automatically set Stream 1 to H.265 when adding H.265 cameras

Solution:
1. Go to camera web UI and set both stream 1 and stream 2 as H.264 codec
2. Add the camera to GV-DVR. After typing in IP address and username/password and pressing next, you will see the UI below. The Record stream will be H.265 by default so you need to click on "Query" button again.

3. After clicking Query button, select Dual Streams and the camera will use H.264 codec instead of H.265 and the codec should no longer change to H.265 automatically.
