[ DVR/NVR ] v8.71, Multicam Auto Startup - 20170505

Issue:
NVR/DVR software cannot startup with Windows, and it cannot be setup anymore.
and it does not auto login.
Root Cause:
while setup the NVR/DVR software did not select Auto startup with Windows
auto login requires input ID and password with permissions
Patch / Procedure:
Setup the Multicam short-cut in the windows system folders.
system startup location by Microsoft
and input the account ID and Password in the arrow button.
Note the account for auto login should have the permission: Search POS Data / POS Live View

then after the main software put in, set the auto login information in Startup window
and input the account ID and Password in the arrow button.
