Question:
Why POS data doesn’t show in GV-Eye v2.31 when HD mode is selected to watch the live view?
Answer:
With GV-Eye v2.31 connected GV-NVR v8.7, the POS data only shows when stream 2 is used. This is currently considered as software spec. However, the POS data (VMS v16.10.3) can be viewed in GV-Eye when HD mode is used.
