[ VMS ] v16.10.3, Fisheye dewarping failed, Object Tracking Setting half black screen - 20170531

Issue:
16.10.3, Fisheye dewarping failed or object tracking setting half black screen. But live view and fisheye dewarping in IE browser are normal.

Possible Solution:
Change PC resolution to 1920x1080
