Issue:
When GV-NVR System Lite and GV-MNVR1000 System connect to the IP camera with H.265
codec, live view is inaccessible
Patch / Procedure:
1. Close the GV-NVR and exit to Windows from GV-Desktop.
2. Make sure GV-NVR is updated to version 8.7.1.0. Download the patch file from the link:
http://pd.geovision.tw/ira/patch file/DVRNVR/2017/GV-NVR_V8.7.1.0.v.02.zip
3. Unzip the downloaded file.
4. Double click the GV-NVR_V8.7.1.0.v.02 program.
5. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully” will appear.
6. Restart GV-NVR.
