[ LPR ] GV-LPR1200 can't be connected to ASManager v4.42, Database, SQL2014

Issue:
GV-LPR1200 can't be connected to ASManager v4.42

Root Cause:
According to our FAE, it appears that the Huge amount of LPR log generated in short period of time forcibly caused the LPR1200 to disconnect from ASManage.

Solution:
Suggest clients to switch from ASDB to SQL 2014 Express Server, which has 10 GB's max database size
