When Keylock utility is on, Multicam v8.62 pressing keyboard icon in Login window, on-screen keyboard didn't show up. Only letter "uuuuu" is displayed on login ID or PWD. However, when you disable the keylock utility, the on-screen keyboard will show up when keyboard icon is pressed in the login VMS window.

Kindly apply the patch (attachment) as a temporary solution.
Patch / Procedure (GV-NVR8.6.2.0.c):
1. Turn off GV-NVR and make sure other GV-Related programs are closed too.
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Copy and pasted the unzipped files into the following: C:\GV-NVR
- Desktop.exe
- TaskKeyHook.dll
- VersionInfo_GV-NVR_V8.6.2.0.c_170207.ini
4. Run NVR
Note: This patch is only applicable on v8.62.
