Q: Not able to launch viewlog, even after applying GeoDDrawV2.dll in V8620
A: The problem is very similar to previously reported problem where viewlog will crash upon launching.
This newly reported problem will call up viewlog.exe and close right away and UI was not able to be shown at all.
The main reason is due to C:\Windows\GeoImageProcess_8200.ini has incorrect value due to configuration possibly
on video attribute.
The solution:
Simply remove or rename C:\Windows\GeoImageProcess_8200.ini and launch viewlog allowing the software to
recreate the file.
