[ DVR/NVR ] v8.71, GV-VS2400, analog PTZ, PTZ not working - 20170124

Issue:
Customer is using an analog PTZ with VS2400. The PTZ function works properly in the web interface of VS2400 but not working in Multicam v8710.
Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off GV-NVR v8.7.1 and all of the GeoVision related program in the PC.
2. Download the patch file from the following link.
http://ftp.geovision.tw/FTP/Frank/V8.7.1.0.h.zip
3. Unzip the patch file " V8.7.1.0.h.zip ".
4. Copy and Paste all the files from " V8.7.1.0.h " folder to the following folder " C:\GV-NVR\ " and replace the original files. ( Two files can be found in the folder. )
-PtzConfig.dll
-VersionInfo_GV-NVR-V8.7.1.0.h_161122.txt
5. Run GV-NVR.
Note : This patch is only for GV-NVR v8.7.1.
