Issue:
Cant install IP Cam patch v8.71 on Windows10

Root Cause:
The reason why the patch is not working is because the files inside are blocked by Windows Security system.

Patch / Procedure:
Right click the patch file -> Properties -> General -> Select Unblock - > Ok.
