[ LPR ] LPC2011, Losing focus after power off - 20170110

Issue:
The camera is losing the focus (night focus or day focus) when the camera lose connection (mostly power). The camera would go through the bootup process, which also adjust the focus in and out. When done, it wont be at the preset night mode or day mode focus point.
