Issue:
In Control Center v3.4, running with Windows Admin, Control Center is working fine. However, if you switch to Windows standard account with UAC off, Control Center v3.4 is unable to open it up. In addition, it will show " Can't find USB protection key" error message.
Solution:
1. Enable UAC on Windows 7
2. Disable the dongle service
