[ VMS ] V15.11 when changes from 32x and manually goes back to 1x the video bounces back to time 0 - 20161230

Issue:
1. VMS v15.11 when changes from 32x and manually goes back to 1x the video bounces back to the beginning of the clip
2. Grey live view
Patch / Procedure for issue #1 :

1. Close all GeoVision software
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Copy and paste all files from GV-VMS V15.11.2.0.c folder to the the following C:\GV-VMS
- CodecExe.exe
- GvCodecLib.dll
- GvPlayback.dll
- GvVideoAnalytics.dll
- GvVideoAnalyticsExe.exe
- IPCamDLLEXE.dll
- VersionInfo_GV-VMS_V15.11.2.0.c_161209.txt
- VSourceManager.dll
4. Restart GV-VMS.
** Note that this patch can be applied on VMS v15.11.2 or VMS v15.11.3
** This issue will be fixed on VMS v16.1
Patch / Procedure for issue #2 :
You can download v15.11.3 via GV-Website. No patch is needed.
