[ VMS ] v15.10 or higher, Audio not recorded in Timeline - 20161221

Issue:
VMS v15.10 or higher version with GV-UNP2500 connected, no audio is recorded but can hear it in live
Patch / Procedure (GV-VMS15.11.3.0.b):
1. Close VMS and make sure other GeoVision related programs are closed as well
2. Unzip the patch file in the attachment.
3. Copy and paste all files from GV-VMS V15.11.2.0.c folder to the following C:\GV-VMS
- GvUtil.dll
- VersionInfo_GV-VMS_V15.11.3.0.b_161220.ini
4. Run GV-VMS
* This patch can be applied in VMS v15.10 or above and the issue will be officially solved in VMS v16.1.
