Issue:
Multicam v8.71 WebCam Server crashing
Root Cause:
According to our RD, it seems like it is a Windows problem. WebCam server crashed in 5 seconds was because RSA will ask Windows for a new key when WebCam sever is started. If Windows can't provide the new key to Multicam, webcam will be closed. The reason why Windows can't provide new key is because it has been reached to the max given time. RDs had created a patch to make Windows' max given-key time back to 0 in order to operate Webcam service properly.
Patch / Procedure (V8.7.1.0.f):

1. Exit GV-NVR/DVR and make sure all of the GV-Related programs are completed closed
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\NVR
- DMWebCam.exe
- VersionInfo_V8.7.1.0.f_161108.txt
4. Run GV-NVR
