How to disable operator permission to modify or delete Visitor Data? - 20160830

Answer:

To enable/disable operator account from deleting Visitor Data record,
firstly open up Operator Window from Tools -> Operators from the
tool menu on the top of the user interface.

Next, click on VMWeb tab to locate the option "Set Up Visitor Data"

Removing Visitor will not remove the visitor card record. This is our current specification
for visitor and visitor card were designed in difference field.

To delete visitor card record, locate the option highlighted below from VMWeb.
Enable the option and the record can then be deleted.

*Note: If the issued card has not been returned and the record is deleted, then the card cannot be issue again.
