Issue:
When VMS v15.10.1 backup footage, ezviewlog500.exe failed to playback footage

Patch / Procedure:
1. Please download the patch
2. Turn off/Exit GV-VMS v15.10.1
3. Unzip the patch file
4. Copy and paste the file (GVLVLServer.dll) to C:\GV-VMS\EZLogTemp
