Issue:
GV-FE3403 FW v3.3 ( 2015-08-04 ) Quadview freezes on Control Center v3.3 video wall
Root cause:
It’s a GV Software problem
Patch / Procedure:
1. Turn off both Control Center and Video Wall
2. Unzip the patch file
3. Copy and paste the files into the location below C:\Control Center and C:\VWS
4. Start Control Center
