GV-IP Decoder Box (firmware v1.07)
Issue:
IP Decoder Box (F/W v1.07) video output flashes intermittently on HDMI monitor
Root Cause:
User forgot to change IP decoder Box's video output to HDMI
Solution:
Please check with customer whether IP Decoder Box video output is set to HDMI or left as default value (VGA)?
If output is set to VGA, there will be video displayed on HDMI monitor but it will flash intermittently.
