Issue:
Customer wants to cancel cloud subscription

Solution:
If customer wishes to cancel subscription for some reason, they can provide their order number to mygvcam_support@geovision.com.tw, HQ will take care of it.

Terms:
1. If customer’s plan is “monthly recurring”, we will help with cancellation but no refunds will be made.
---> For example: Customer purchased on 2016/01/05, next payment date will be 2016/02/05. If customer cancels before 2016/02/05 then no new payments will be charged.

2. If customer’s plan is “quarterly recurring”:
---> For example: Customer purchased on 2016/01/05, next payment date will be 2016/04/05. If customer cancels before 2016/04/05 then refund will differ:
a. cancellation during 01/05 ~ 02/04 : 2 months refund
b. cancellation during 02/05 ~ 03/04: 1 month refund
c. cancellation during 03/05 ~ 04/04 : No refunds will be made
