Multicam v8.62 suddenly stops sending motion events to CenterV2 v14.1
Root Cause:
This is caused by frequent disconnection of IP Cameras in NVR will cause NVR itself to continuously repeat the "Reset Resolution" command which will in turn cause NVR to stop sending motion events to remote applications such as CenterV2. Patch is available for this issue.
Patch/Procedure:
1. Exit NVR
2. Extract the file DataFIFO.dll from the patch zip file and copy paste it into NVR installation folder (default is C:\GV-NVR)
3. Restart NVR
