[VMS] VMS v14.101 Cameras Disconnecting but Recording and Unable to Increase K Drive's Recycle Threshold - 20160104

Issue:
1. Camera, including GV or 3rd party, shows disconnected in VMS's live view but video recording in Viewlog is normal
2. Unable to adjust the Recycle Threshold

Root Cause:
Known bug in VMS v14.101, patch is available

Patch / Procedure for Issue #1:
1. Unzip the patch file below:

2. Overwrite/paste the files below into C:\VMS folder
- IPCamDll.dll
- IPCamDllEXE.dll
- IPCamDllEXE.exe
- IPCamUIEXE.dll
- VSourceManager.dll

Patch / Procedure for Issue #2:
1. Unzip the patch file below:

201510148001-2.zip

2. Overwrite/paste the files below into C:\VMS folder
- GV-StorageMan.dll
- GV-StorageMan.exe

*Both patches are based on VMS v14.101
