Message "Geofisheye GPU Create Failed" in VMS v14.1

Answer:
VMS v14.1 requires GPU decode for fisheye dewarping, this is spec for VMS now.
If your GPU is not available in the system, VMS will display the warning message, it means dewarp function for fisheye is not available.
