Issue:
Connecting to Authentication Server v14.1 causes choppy video in VMS v14.1 live view and playback

Root of cause:
This bug is caused by VMS trying to match ID/Password for every keyframe with Auth Server when VMS is monitoring. VMS is somehow unable to handle the load, which is supposed to be very low, and in turn this causes VMS to lag. Based on testing, VMS will start to lag when there are more than 44CHs and the lag gets worse as the number of cameras increase.

Procedure:
1. Exit VMS
2. Run Windows Task Manager and look for GeostartupAgentService. Right click on it and choose "End Process Tree"
3. Extract the patch zip file and copy paste the Windows folder's "GeoDebugVS.ini" into your C:\Windows directory. Overwrite the old file when prompted
4. Copy paste all the files from VMS folder inside patch zip file into your computer's VMS folder (default is C:\VMS). Overwrite the old files when prompted
5. Start VMS again and patch should be working
