Question:
Why ASWeb does not show updated user information?
Answer:
ASWeb field has to be enabled first so user information will show up when updated.
Go to ASManager Tools > ASWeb Field > User List and then tick on the fields that you would like to see in ASWeb. In this case, please tick the [Business] Division and it should show up in ASWeb once you do an update.
