[VMS] VMS v14.1 Email Notification participant only for one email account - 20150129

Issue:
In VMS v14.1, the receiver in email account setup can only be filled-up 1 email account.
It is a bug and can be solved with the patch below or in future version VMS v15.1.

Root of Cause:
Rule for Email participant is incorrect

Procedure:
1. Please download this patch
2. Close all Geovision Application
3. Unzip patch and replace “SMSClientDll.dll” to GV-VMS install path(ex. C:\GV-VMS)
4. Launch GV-VMS
