[ VSM ] v8.59 can not connect to Recording Server V1.24 via RTSP Integration - 20150129

Issue:
VSM V8.59 can not connect to Recording Server V1.24 via RTSP Integration

Root of Cause:
It is likely to cause when Recording Server V1.24 connect more RTSP cameras.
When Recording Server V1.24 receives information of RTSP camera, this service address in conflict memory.
Eventually, this VSM service is down. VSM will log in / log off repeatedly due to service is down.

Procedure:
1. Stop recording server service and close all GV-Application
2. Download and unzip GeoInfoTransporter_Fixed VSM issue.zip
3. Copy / overwrite GeoInfoTransporter.exe to default path C:\Program file(X86)\RecordingServer\
4. Start recording server service
