[Cloud Access Control] GV-Cloud Access is Not Showing Snapshot Upon Event

GV-Cloud Access Control has the following two types of licenses:

 Cloud Access Control License: To receive access control activities and event logs,
snapshots, and live view, based on the number of monitored doors.
 Playback License: To have video storage on and playable from the GV-Cloud platform,
based on the number of cameras, the duration of storage, and resolutions. The license
must work with the GV-Cloud Bridge encoder or GV-Cloud Bridge Pro controller.

Cloud Access Control License comes with Basic and Standard plans that support
different log and snapshot keep days. For details on licenses, please contact our sales
representatives.
