Symptom
When using Intel Core Ultra Series 2 Desktop and Mobile Processors (Arrow Lake), the GV-LPR Plugin DL engines may fail to start properly, preventing the recognition function from operating.

Workaround
To work around the issue, follow the steps below.

1. Download GV-LPR Plugin V6.1.2 from the GeoVision Website. Skip this step if GV-LPR Plugin V6.1.2 is already installed.
   Select Primary Applications from the dropdown list, and then:
   • For GV-VMS V17 / GV-VMS V18 / GV-AI Guard: Click the Download icon next to GV-LPR Plugin.
   • For GV-VMS V20: Click the Download icon next to GV-LPR Plugin x64.

2. Download and apply the appropriate patch:
   • For GV-VMS V17 / GV-VMS V18 / GV-AI Guard: GV-LPR Plugin V6.1.2.1 Patch
   • For GV-VMS V20: GV-LPR Plugin V6.1.2.1_x64 Patch
