Issue:
LPR recognition result shows green image in recognition window

Root of cause:
Sync problem between ASManager and LPR plugin in NVR

Procedure:
1. Try to disable then enable LPR service again from DVR/NVR side and see if it fixes the issue
2. If that doesn't work, try to restart or reinstall Muticam on LPR PC
