When upgrading DVR/NVR software to the latest v8590, viewlog is not able to launch.
This is due to upgrade from older version or user had applied the older version of FBR
resulting in ini file showing incorrect syntax.
When this occurs, please locate and remove ImageProcInfo.ini under windows.
