[VMS] New Office 365 e-mail account TLS support patch - 20150130

GeoVision software currently supports SSL for e-mail account transfer,
for e-mail account that only uses TLS, please apply the patch below to allow the
support for e-mail sending using TLS in VMS

To apply the patch:

1. Close all GeoVision software.
2. Extract, copy and replace the existing GeoMail.dll file inside VMS installation directory.
