1. Fixed an issue where multiple PTZ cameras on the client could cause commands to get stuck.
2. Fixed an issue where repeated access could occasionally cause Vlsvr.exe to malfunction.
3. Fixed an issue where long-term usage could result in RPB being unable to access.
