Red / Green license plate is not recognized

Answer
For Red license plate, it is a known issue, which is not recognized so far.
Even replace LPR Cam or tune LPR engine, it does not work due to the IR is red.

For Green license plate, we tested some.
Color is not an issue but the coating material is an important.
Please see two green license plates below.

Only one license plate is clear than the other.
As a result, it is not related to color and it is about the coating on license plate.
In USA, there are many license plates even customized.
We can not guarantee for some special green coating license plates.
